How to Order:
1. Browse through our items, then click the "Add to Cart" link.
2.Press the "Continue Shopping" button to shop for more.
3. When you are done, click the View Shopping Cart / Checkout link on the top or bottom of the page.
4.Press "Checkout" button and select the shipping option you want. You will then be asked to enter in your shipping and credit card information. Click "Order" to submit.
When you are done ordering, you will receive a confirmation email.

The shipping covers the shipping, packaging, and any other related costs in fulfilling your order in top quality. Our shipping rates are based on the poundage method. The shipping poundage may be different than the actual poundage of your item. However, this method gives the closest real amount to actually ship your item along with handling.
We usually ship your item within 72 hours using the Postal Service or FedEx.
The following shipping times are approximate and depend upon the city or zone that they are being shipped to.

Phone orders: Because of credit card security updates, we no accept credit cards for phone orders. All orders must go through our secure shopping cart. We use the latest Internet security features and we are Security Metrics certified.

"Is my item currently available in your warehouse"?
Occasionally, an item may be out of stock, even when you order. If the item is expected to come in within two weeks, we will hold on to your order and send it out a faster route when it comes in. If an item is expected to take longer than two weeks to arrive, we will try to contact you and ask if you want us to keep your order or cancel it. Be assured that your credit card will not be charged until your order is ready to be sent.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Paypal. We also accept mailed orders with checks/money orders. Your check/credit card statement may show us as "Pine Creek Enterprises Outdoors". We only charge upon shipping of the order.
We accept returns for the following items:
If your order contained a miss-ship or defective item, contact us by email, and we will send a replacement and a return package pick up or label.
If you have decided not to use your item, you can return it within 30 days and we will refund your credit card less shipping & handling. Please allow one to two billing periods for a credit to appear on your credit card statement. Product must be received back in "New unopened Resalable" condition in order to issue a refund.
Some items are warrantied by the manufacturer. Those items must be sent back to the manufacturer and will be replaced by them.
To make a return, you MUST contact us by email. We will then give you instructions and authorization to make a return. Items sent back to us without authorization will not be refunded or replaced. firstname.lastname@example.org
Dog saddlebags -If returning a dog saddle bag with fur, hair, soil or smell on the product, will not qualify for a refund. If unsure whether it will fit your dog; try it on your dog over a tee shirt. If it doesn't fit, it must be returned with the original packaging and description sheet. Please do not re-seal packaging. We will do that.
Will my information be shared with anyone else?
Personal information customers submit on our website will be kept completely confidential by us and Yahoo, and will not be shared with any outside organization. All online ordering at Pine Creek Outdoor Gear is submitted through secure socket layer servers preventing theft of any information. By using top hardware and software technology, your order information is safe and secure.
We do reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
Do you sell wholesale?
Yes! If you are a qualified store, we can sell to you at a discount for volume orders. Our in-house proprietary brand has good margins and can improve your shop. Contact us directly for more information.
Are you a manufacturer wishing to market your camp gear? Please email us. We will then ask for additional information for you to submit. If we like your product, and if it meets our guidlines for ease of use, functionality, and top quality, we will work with other manufacturers, distributors and retailers to get your product to the market.
