2.Press the "Continue Shopping" button to shop for more.

3. When you are done, click the View Shopping Cart / Checkout link on the top or bottom of the page.

4.Press "Checkout" button and select the shipping option you want. You will then be asked to enter in your shipping and credit card information. Click "Order" to submit.

When you are done ordering, you will receive a confirmation email.

The shipping covers the shipping, packaging, and any other related costs in fulfilling your order in top quality.
We usually ship your item within 48 hours using the Postal Service or FedEx.

The following shipping times are approximate and depend upon the city or zone that they are being shipped to

• Standard Ground USA(Up to 10 business day delivery): $3.98 per order plus $1 per pound
• Priority Mail USA(Up to 3-5 business day delivery): $6.98 plus $2 per pound. We have a poundage limit of 4 lbs. on Priority
• FedEx, Next day, (USA only), please contact us for shipping rates as they are substantial.
• Express Mail-For USA ONLY-up to 4 lbs. (Up to 1-3 day delivery) depending on location.: $23.98 plus $2.00 per pound. An adult signature is required. Postal carrier will not leave package. Package may be picked up at post office for 5-7 days only.
• APO,FPO, Military addresses-Must go Priority mail. Additional shipping charges may apply on some items that would otherwise go Fed Ex.

"Is my item currently available in your warehouse"?

Occasionally, an item may be out of stock, even when you order. If the item is expected to come in within two weeks, we will hold on to your order and send it out a faster route when it comes in. If an item is expected to take longer than two weeks to arrive, we will try to contact you and ask if you want us to keep your order or cancel it. Be assured that your credit card will not be charged until your order is ready to be sent.

Billing:

Your check/credit card statement may show us as "Pine Creek Enterprises". As of this time, we do not offer open credit accounts. All orders must be prepaid using a credit card, check, or money order.

Guarantee/Return Policy:

We accept returns for the following items:

• miss-ship orders(you received a different product than what you ordered)
• broken items in shipment
• like new, resalable items
  

If your order contained a miss-ship or defective item, contact us by email, and we will send a replacement and a return package pick up or label.

If you have decided not to use your item, you can return it within 30 days and we will refund your credit card less shipping & handling. Please allow up to two billing periods for a credit to appear on your credit card statement. Product must be received back in "New unopened Resalable" condition in order to issue a refund.

To make a return, you MUST contact us by email. We will then give you instructions and authorization to make a return. Items sent back to us without authorization will not be refunded or replaced. help@pinecreekoutdoors.com

Dog saddlebags -If returning a dog saddle bag with fur, hair, soil or smell on the product, will not qualify for a refund. If unsure whether it will fit your dog; try it on your dog over a tee shirt. If it doesn't fit, it must be returned with the original packaging and description sheet. Please do not re-seal packaging. We will do that.

Will my information be shared with anyone else?

Personal information customers submit on our website will be kept completely confidential by us and Yahoo, and will not be shared with any outside organization. All online ordering at Pine Creek Outdoor Gear is submitted through secure socket layer servers preventing theft of any information. By using top hardware and software technology, your order information is safe and secure.
